Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is approved, instructions for sending the item back will be provided.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue.
In these cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
